You want an exchange or refund ?

We offer you the choice of exchanging your order for other items (return at your expense) or receiving a full credit card refund of the original purchase price (excluding postage).Returns are accepted for full credit up to 14 days from the date the package carrier says the package was delivered.

Please keep in mind that once an order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be canceled. Refusal to receive such an order will be treated according to the rules of our return policy.

If you have contacted us to cancel before delivery of your products, though your order will have been cancelled, normally delivery cannot be interrupted (except possibly if cancellation takes place within 30 minutes of order). Please refuse any delivery of cancelled products or return them to us.

Damage Inspection

We package all of our products well so they arrive on your doorstep snug, safe, and secure.

Upon product delivery, in the presence of the delivery agent, you must inspect the package.

If the box has any damage, and always in the presence of the delivery agent, open your package to check that the products inside are not damaged.

Should the delivered products have been broken or damaged during shipping, you must:
- fill in the delivery note, clearly describing damages due to shipping and keep a copy;
- keep the package;
- immediately contact us explaining the situation with proof of damage (photo), a scan of the delivery note & your order ID.

We will then promptly respond by email and if your claim is justified, a new delivery will be scheduled for free with concerned products.

Whatever the damage, this will not give customers the right to a refund of their payment.
